Updates jsonschemagraph to properly check custom "fields" see #336
Updates benchtop to be more resilient. Makes the code more readable in general.
Removes GetEdgeList function since it was being used for "E()" only and "E()" was removed in the last release. This means that GetEdgeList is removed in every driver function.
Tested/Working on cbds development for awhile now.
